PPGI PPGL Military Steel Coil

PPGI PPGL Military Steel Coil (Prepainted Galvanized/Aluzinc Steel Coil) is designed for high protection demand scenarios. It uses DX51D, DX52D, and DX53D high-strength substrates, and the surface is covered with military-grade polyester (PE) or fluorocarbon (PVDF) coatings. Customized patterns such as camouflage and warning signs are achieved through digital printing technology. The products are widely used in military facilities, industrial buildings, corrugated roof panels, rolling doors and other fields, combining corrosion resistance, mechanical strength and functional design.

High-strength substrate, graded to meet needs

DX51D: General structural grade, elongation ≥22%, suitable for conventional buildings and equipment housings.

DX52D: Stamping grade, elongation ≥26%, suitable for complex bending and deep drawing processes.

DX53D: Ultra-deep drawing grade, elongation ≥30%, used for high-precision industrial parts.

Military-grade protective performance

Galvanized layer ≥85g/㎡, aluminum-zinc layer ≥150g/㎡, salt spray test over 1000 hours, acid and alkali corrosion and salt spray erosion resistance.

Coating thickness 20-25μm (PE) / 25-35μm (PVDF), hardness up to 2H, scratch resistance and impact resistance.

Military printing technology

Digital inkjet printing supports camouflage, infrared stealth, warning stripes and other patterns, color accuracy ±1.5ΔE.

The surface is covered with matte/high-gloss protective film, anti-ultraviolet aging, and will not fade for 10 years of outdoor use.

Easy to process and environmentally friendly

It can be directly rolled into corrugated sheets and folded to form edges, suitable for automated production lines, and reduce processing costs.

Water-based ink complies with EU REACH and US ASTM F963 standards, is non-toxic and harmless, and meets green manufacturing requirements.
