Color-coating Galvanized Steel Coil

Color-coating galvanized steel coil is a kind of quaterany alloy steel with Al-Fe-Si-Zn four-element.The Anti-Fingerprint treatment means to make a organic coating of anti-fingerprint film on the surface of the hot-dipped galvalume steel coil. Compared with Galvanized Steel Coil, it has more superior corrossion resistance performance. Hot-dipped Galvalume Steel Coil also has good anti-heat resistance and oxidation resistance. The service lifetime can be longer than same grade Galvanized Steel by 3 times. The strong corrossion resistance performance is mainly because of the element Aluminium. When the zinc element is worn-out, the element Aluminium will form into compacted oxide layer to protect the coils not being corrossived further. Also hot-dipped galvalume steel coil is more economic than galvanized steel coil, because the surface coating density of alu-zinc is less than zinc, the plate area for hot-dipped galvalume steel coil is 3% larger than galvanized steel coil.

4) Hardness test,

5) Tensile Yield Strength test.

PACKING & SHIPMENT:

The packing of coils consists of anti-damp paper, PVC film, hardboard paper, steel box,strapped with steel strips, fitted with locks and edge protectors and guarantees the optimal condition of the deliveryed goods.
