DX51D DX52D DX53D PPGI PPGL Steel Coil

PPGI/PPGL steel coils designed for corrugated roof plates and industrial roller shutter doors are based on European standard materials DX51D-DX53D galvanized/aluminized zinc substrates, combined with high weather-resistant coatings such as PVDF and HDP, to provide building enclosure solutions with a service life of 20 years+, meet EN 10346 and ASTM A653 standards, and are suitable for extreme climates and highly corrosive environments.

Wind-resistant and structural reinforcement

DX53D high-ductility substrate: yield strength ≥280MPa, elongation ≥30%, suitable for deep corrugated forming (wave height ≥40mm), wind pressure resistance Class 4 (AS/NZS 2728);

Reinforced coating: PVDF coating adhesion ≥T level (cross-cut test), ensuring no peeling in strong wind environments.

Long-term anti-corrosion protection

Coating combination:

DX51D+Z275: galvanized layer 275g/m², salt spray resistance ≥1000 hours;

PPGL+AZ150: 55% aluminum zinc coating + PE coating, salt spray resistance ≥2500 hours (applicable to C5 industrial areas).

Self-cleaning and energy-saving characteristics

Photocatalytic coating: decomposes surface organic matter, and rainwater washes it away, reducing 90% cleaning costs;

High reflective coating: Solar Reflectance Index (SRI) ≥82, reducing roof temperature by 10-15℃, saving air conditioning energy consumption.
